Mewtwo is a human clone of Mew, Manaphy mated with a Ditto to make the other one, and Mew, along with Arceus and acting like Gods, created the 4 Horsemen pokemon, just in case total war broke out with the Humans and Pokemon, which Mew made. I understand this completely. Especially with Palkia making Celebi, Dialga making Unknown, Jirachi, and Deoxys, and the Humanity Trio making Cresselia, Darkrai, and humans.
